No one is promised a smooth-sailing life.  Not even the very wealthy, the very strong or the all-guarded for is guaranteed a life without tumbles.  Health deteriorates.  Accidents happen.  Events bring topsy-turvy waves and dark clouds.  Circumstances change from bad to worse.  Conflicts arise between and among friendships, families and yes, even with strangers among us.  Life’s nature is just that.  It sometimes goes straight, takes a swerve, gets in the ditch, hits rock bottom, and confuses feelings and thoughts with or without meaning to.  Courage to rise above struggles must always accompany our fears and worries.  Positive actions and thoughts must always lift us up and allow us to pick up the pieces of our lives.
